The observation of 107 patients with spontaneous non-specific pneumothorax has shown that more active surgical tactics should be used. In 48 patients treated for spontaneous pneumothorax during the last three years 27 operations were performed which completely cured the patient. There were no relapses.
对107例特发性非特异性气胸患者的观察表明，应采用更积极的手术策略。在过去三年中接受特发性气胸治疗的48例患者中，进行了27例手术，这些手术使患者完全治愈，且无复发。
