Abstract
Thyroid examinations were performed in parallel in over 300 patients using 131I and 99mTc pertechnetate. The aim of the study was to evaluate the use of the 99mTc pertechnetate neck/thigh ratio as an index of thyroid function. Results presented indicate that the 99mTc trapping index can be reliably used as a simple and accurate index of thyroid function.

对300多名患者同时使用¹³¹I和高锝[⁹⁹ᵐTc]酸盐进行甲状腺检查。本研究的目的是评估高锝[⁹⁹ᵐTc]酸盐颈部/大腿比值作为甲状腺功能指标的应用。给出的结果表明，高锝[⁹⁹ᵐTc]摄取指数可作为一种简单而准确的甲状腺功能指标可靠使用。
