[Rapid method for the quantitative determination of haptoglobin (hemoglobin binding capacity) in serum].

Abstract
An automatical method for the determination of the haptoglobin (haemoglobin-binding capacity) of serum is described. The method based on the separation of free and bound haemoglobin by gel chromatography. By use of a short column with sephacryl-S200, a varioperpex pump and the measurement of the optical density in the flow-out the determination needs ten minutes only.

本文描述了一种自动测定血清中触珠蛋白（血红蛋白结合能力）的方法。该方法基于凝胶色谱法分离游离血红蛋白和结合血红蛋白。使用装有Sephacryl-S200的短柱、蠕动泵并通过测量流出液的光密度，该测定仅需10分钟。
