26 children with extrophy of the bladder were treated surgically during a period of 23 years. In all cases a ureterosigmoidostomy was performed with a follow up of 1-22 years in 15 of 26 cases. In 9 children the clinical, radiological, and biochemical findings were good in 4 satisfying and 2 bad due to hydronephrosis and electrolyte disturbances. The authors recommend direct implantation of the ureters into the rectosigmoid, according to the technique of Goodwin. This approach is simple from a technical point of view and the immediate and late complications are less frequent than with other methods.
在23年期间，对26例膀胱外翻患儿进行了手术治疗。所有病例均行输尿管乙状结肠吻合术，26例中的15例随访了1至22年。9例患儿中，4例临床、放射学及生化检查结果满意，2例因肾积水和电解质紊乱结果不佳。作者推荐根据古德温技术将输尿管直接植入直肠乙状结肠。从技术角度来看，这种方法简单，与其他方法相比，近期和远期并发症较少。
