Abstract
A review of the clinical features and therapeutic possibilities of condyloma acuminatum is presented on the ground of the ten-year experience of the authors. A giant condyloma simplex with benign clinical behaviour and typical histologic pattern and a case of epithelioma starting from a condyloma simplex and leading to the amputation of the penis are described.

基于作者十年的经验，对尖锐湿疣的临床特征及治疗可能性进行了综述。文中描述了一例具有良性临床行为和典型组织学模式的巨大单纯性湿疣，以及一例由单纯性湿疣发展为阴茎癌并导致阴茎截肢的病例。
