In a difficult and delicate clinic for adolescents, the author attempts to demonstrate, from new concepts such as "Family Body", the importance to reevaluate classic psychiatric nosography, to differently formulate etiology, pathogenesis, prognosis and treatment of the adolescent crisis. The adolescent in crisis, as a symptom offered by the family, can be heard as a metaphore in the familial communication, as a symptom of the "Family Body": uncomfortable position and very fructuous, because in between epistemological approaches, the psychoanalytic approach and the systemic approach.
在一家针对青少年的艰难且微妙的诊所里，作者试图从“家庭躯体”等新概念出发，论证重新评估经典精神科分类法、以不同方式阐述青少年危机的病因、发病机制、预后和治疗的重要性。处于危机中的青少年，作为家庭呈现出的一种症状，可被视为家庭交流中的一个隐喻，即“家庭躯体”的一种症状：处于令人不适的位置却极富成效，因为处于认识论方法、精神分析方法和系统方法之间。
