Abstract
A case of camptodactyly of three fingers in the left and four fingers in the right hand in a 20 year old patient is described. His mother showed the same appearances with great changes in the skeleton. This case emphasizes that an early operation is justified for the prevention of skeletal deformities.

本文描述了一名20岁患者左手三指、右手四指先天性屈曲挛缩的病例。其母亲也有同样的症状，且骨骼有显著变化。该病例强调，为预防骨骼畸形，早期手术是合理的。
