The author describes a modification of Wenner's decapitation technic. A guitar string placed around fetus neck is used as the cutting instrument. Based on 23 cases published in medical literature, the author concludes that the decapitation technic by the guitar string (6 degrees string) is simple, easy and harmless to the mother.
