[Characteristics of disorders of renal function in circulatory insufficiency (according to I131-hippuran clearance and diurnal rhythm of the indicators of renal function].

The paper is based on a study of 270 cases of different stages of chronic circulatory insufficiency. A whole set of functional-diagnostic (radio-isotope including) methods of examination was employed to solve the task in question. It was found that one of the early signs of functional disorders in the kidneys in cases of circulatory insufficiency is, along with renal ischaemia, the pathology that is discovered during the examination of the functional phases of renograms. The characteristics of the circadian fluctuations of some renal function parameters are given. Two stages of the formation of the so-call renal syndrome in cases of chronic circulatory insufficiency were distinguished and discussed.
