Abstract

This patient had been operated upon 3 times unsuccessfully for stress incontinence (buttressing of the bladder neck by the vaginal route, the first time); almost entire urethra has been lost. Neourethra reconstructed from bladder neck muscle and sling procedure. Total continenece preserved. 35 years follow-up.

该患者因压力性尿失禁接受了3次手术，均未成功（首次经阴道途径对膀胱颈进行支撑）；几乎整个尿道已缺失。采用膀胱颈肌肉重建新尿道并进行吊带手术。尿失禁完全治愈。随访35年。
