Abstract
Pyridinolcarbamate (1 g daily for 30 days) was used for treating 9 patients with peripheral arteriopathies; 8 subjects had also diabetes mellitus in good metabolic control. A statistically significant decrease of platelet retention as measured by Salzman's method could be demonstrated.
