[Mechanisms of photoallergies (author's transl)].

Photoallergic reactions represent a special form of allergic contact dermatitis. The immunological aspects of the delayed-type sensitivity are fairely well known, whereas information on the photochemical antigen formation is still scarce. This is illustrated by two examples.
