Retinal arteriolar tortuosity with retinal haemorrhage. A case report.

Retinal arteriolar tortuosity with retinal haemorrhages was first described in 1958. In the present article, a case of recurring retinal haemorrhages combined with retinal arteriolar tortuosity is reported. The medical examination and laboratory tests did not reveal pathology except for a slightly increased bleeding time. There were no similar cases in the family. The cause of the haemorrhages is still unknown.
