Cutaneous transureteroureterostomy in children with neurogenic bladders.

Our experience with 25 children in which cutaneous transureteroureterostomy had to be done because of neurogenic bladder is very gratifying. The procedure is very simple with few immediate and late complications. The cutaneous ureteral stoma works efficiently and so far has not offered important problems. We feel this method is superior to the bowel conduit methods.
