Abstract
Eleven patients with bilateral pelviureteric junction obstruction are presented. The operative technique for simultaneous bilateral pyeloplasty is briefly described and the results discussed. The importance of adequate extraperitoneal loin drainage is stressed and the incidence of subsequent adhesion obstruction is recorded.
