[Melena due to malignant leiomyoma of the small intestine. Clinical case].

A case of malignant leiomyoma of the small intestine is reported. Emphasis is laid on the problem of diagnosing such tumours because of their abdominal symptomatology and the fact that they are sometimes associated with intermittent intestinal haemorrhage.
