The case of a patient is reported in whom pre-operational infusion urography indicated severe hydronephrotic lesions of both kidneys. It was attempted to preserve the kidneys by performing pelviplasty on the one side and ureteral implantation on the other side. Surgery combined with prolonged antituberculous drug treatment ensured full success.
报告了一例患者，术前静脉肾盂造影显示双肾严重肾积水病变。尝试通过一侧行肾盂成形术和另一侧行输尿管植入术来保留肾脏。手术结合长期抗结核药物治疗确保了完全成功。
