Abstract
The effect of laser on the retinas and brains of the neonatal and adult rodents were studied by employing monoamine oxidase histochemistry and K+ concentration study. No significant difference was found in the neonatal retinas and brains after irradiation when compared with control. But significant differences were found in the retinas and brains of the adult rodents after irradiation.
