The value of combined operation in cases where chronical glaucoma and cataract coexist needs no more demonstration. The best combined operation is trabeculectomy extraction. There are particular cases. Somes are easy like high degree myopia, transparent lens and ocular hypertony needing a trabeculectomy where the combined operation betters the refraction at the same time. Others are difficult like cataract extraction on an eye already having a filtring operation. We perform in these cases the combined operation through the lower way and it gives us very good results.
