Abstract
After an introductory survey of the methods used up to now for lengthening the muscle the technique, dosage and indication of the method described by Gonin and Hollwich is described and the results obtained with it on 137 patients with hyperfunction of the inferior oblique muscle on adduction with associated and paralytic squint are communicated.

在对迄今为止用于延长肌肉的方法进行初步综述之后，描述了戈宁（Gonin）和霍尔维希（Hollwich）所描述方法的技术、剂量和适应症，并通报了用该方法对137例内收时下斜肌功能亢进伴共同性和麻痹性斜视患者所取得的结果。
