Abstract
The presence of specific T cell subsets in tonsils, during in vitro generation of peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferative response was investigated. Tonsil T cells were selected for their activity with the monoclonal antibodies OKT4 and OKT8. The suppressor cell assay revealed the effects of tonsillar T cell subpopulations identified as OKT4- and OKT8-. The OKT8- had no inhibitory effects on proliferation of peripheral lymphocytes by Dermatophagoides farinae antigen in vitro.

研究了在体外产生外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应过程中扁桃体中特定T细胞亚群的存在情况。通过单克隆抗体OKT4和OKT8选择具有活性的扁桃体T细胞。抑制细胞试验揭示了被鉴定为OKT4 - 和OKT8 - 的扁桃体T细胞亚群的作用。OKT8 - 对体外粉尘螨抗原刺激的外周淋巴细胞增殖没有抑制作用。
