Biologically active silicones and high-molecular silicones are subject to increasing interest and application in medicine, pharmacy and veterinary. The work gives a summary of current literature on the simplest, basic, biologically active silicones--orthosilicic acid and its derivatives. Several derivatives that have been worked out in Poland are also discussed and the authors presents an initial evaluation of their biological action.
具有生物活性的有机硅和高分子有机硅在医学、药学和兽医学领域正受到越来越多的关注并得到应用。本文总结了有关最简单、基本的具有生物活性的有机硅——原硅酸及其衍生物的当前文献。文中还讨论了在波兰研发出的几种衍生物，并由作者对其生物活性进行了初步评估。
