[Pathologic-anatomic findings in 1,300 trial excisions from the female and male breast].

1 300 diagnostic biopsies of men and women suffering from breast tumours were performed. The findings are dealt with and coincidence of benign and malignant lesions, accuracy of different diagnostic methods, age of patients, diagnostic neglect, risk factors are analysed. The guiding lines indicating diagnostic biopsies are defined.
