Primary ovarian pregnancy and the intra-uterine contraceptive device. Report of two cases.

Two patients with unequivocal primary ovarian pregnancies are presented, one with an intra-uterine contraceptive device in situ. The increased prevalence of primary ovarian pregnancies, as revealed in the English literature, and the increasing association of extra-uterine pregnancies with intra-uterine contraceptive devices in situ, are discussed.
