Value and indication of computerized tomography in diagnostic procedures after trauma of the musculoskeletal system is shown analyzing the case material with CT in traumatized patients. In general CT is not to take place of conventional X-ray methods. We feel CT is indicated in evaluation of: intraarticular fragments, congruity of joints, lesions of the cruciate ligaments and osteocartilagineous fractures, if conventional X-ray procedures prove insufficient.
通过分析创伤患者的CT病例资料，展示了计算机断层扫描在肌肉骨骼系统创伤后诊断程序中的价值和指征。一般来说，CT不能替代传统的X射线检查方法。我们认为，在传统X射线检查方法不足以评估关节内骨折片、关节的一致性、交叉韧带损伤和骨软骨骨折时，CT是适用的。
