Abstract
The effect of noradrenaline, dopamine, acetylcholine and 5-hydroxytryptamine on the analgesic action of enkephalinamide was studied and it was demonstrated that catecholamines and acetylcholine potentiated the analgesic action of enkephalinamide, while the effect of serotonin varied depending on the dose used. These results suggest that catecholamines, acetylcholine and 5-hydroxytryptamine can modulate the analgesic action of enkephalins.

研究了去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、乙酰胆碱和5-羟色胺对脑啡肽酰胺镇痛作用的影响，结果表明儿茶酚胺和乙酰胆碱增强了脑啡肽酰胺的镇痛作用，而血清素的作用则因所用剂量而异。这些结果提示儿茶酚胺、乙酰胆碱和5-羟色胺可调节脑啡肽的镇痛作用。
