Abstract
A bilateral, simultaneous, spontaneous and subcutaneous rupture of the quadriceps tendon is a very rare event. The pathogenesis, diagnosis, therapy and the postoperative result are discussed in form of a case report.

双侧、同时、自发性股四头肌肌腱皮下断裂是一种非常罕见的情况。本文以病例报告的形式探讨其发病机制、诊断、治疗及术后结果。
