Abstract
A procedure is suggested for filling the vessels with Indian ink-gelatine followed by staining the total preparations of the mammary gland. The procedure enables one to observe simultaneously the vascular network, duct, and lobular-alveolar system of the organ under light and stereoscopic microscopes.
