Abstract
Seventeen patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix received a combination of methotrexate, bleomycin, and vincristine. Oral methotrexate and parenteral bleomycin were given every week and intravenous vincristine was given every other week. Eight patients had partial response and one patient had a complete response. This study strongly supports the effectiveness of methotrexate, bleomycin, and vincristine against cervical malignancy.
摘要
17例子宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者接受了甲氨蝶呤、博来霉素和长春新碱的联合治疗。口服甲氨蝶呤和胃肠外给予博来霉素每周一次，静脉注射长春新碱每隔一周一次。8例患者部分缓解，1例患者完全缓解。本研究有力地支持了甲氨蝶呤、博来霉素和长春新碱对宫颈恶性肿瘤的有效性。
