Abstract

The effect of polyanions on the interaction of antigen-stimulated macrophages and lymphocytes was studied in vivo. Treatment of cell mixture of macrophages and lymphocytes with poly = A : U or dextran sulfate induced a considerable increase in the number of lymphocytes contacting with macrophages during the first hours of cultivation. Under similar conditions yeast RNA had a certain anticooperative effect. According to the data obtained by scanning electron microscopy, the contacts between the interacting cells were realized by means of cytoplasmic bridges or close membrane connections.

在体内研究了聚阴离子对抗抗原刺激的巨噬细胞与淋巴细胞相互作用的影响。用聚腺苷酸:尿苷酸(poly = A : U)或硫酸葡聚糖处理巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞的细胞混合物,在培养的最初几个小时内,与巨噬细胞接触的淋巴细胞数量显著增加。在类似条件下,酵母RNA具有一定的抗协同作用。根据扫描电子显微镜获得的数据,相互作用细胞之间的接触是通过细胞质桥或紧密的膜连接实现的。
