Abstract
The methods involves the influence of AHLG on the electrophoretic mobility of platelets and lymphocytes. There is a close correlation between the electrophoretic inhibitory effect of AHLG on platelets and the thrombocytopenic AHLG effect in vivo, so that method can be used for evaluating the unwanted AHLG side-effects on platelets.
