Abstract
With the help of 2 casuistics is referred to the participation of the peritoneum in chronic pancreatitis. Within the disease mentioned a chronic peritonitis with ascites was observed. Such lesions at the peritoneum are probably rare. When proving a chronic peritonitis differential-diagnostically should also be thought of the presence of a chronic pancreatitis.
摘要
借助两个病例探讨了腹膜在慢性胰腺炎中的参与情况。在所提及的疾病中观察到伴有腹水的慢性腹膜炎。腹膜的此类病变可能很少见。在诊断慢性腹膜炎时，还应鉴别诊断是否存在慢性胰腺炎。
