Abstract

The contents and distribution of RNA in tissues of Ascaris lumbricoides and A. suum under the effect of antihelminthic preparations (piperazine, oxygen and their combination) and with out them were studied. The effect of piperazine and oxygen as well as of their combination results in the fall of RNA in almost all tissues of helminths.

研究了在抗蠕虫制剂（哌嗪、氧气及其组合）作用下和无抗蠕虫制剂作用时，蛔虫和猪蛔虫组织中RNA的含量及分布。哌嗪、氧气及其组合的作用导致蠕虫几乎所有组织中的RNA含量下降。
