[Clinical aspects and surgical therapy of cerebral metastases].

Authors describe clinical presentation, signs and symptoms and diagnostic procedures in case of metastatic brain tumors. Incidence and different pathological aspects are considered. Surgical treatment is discussed in its limits and indications. Surgical management of intracranial metastasis is palliative but it leads to pathological diagnosis, permits clinical improvement and adjuvant therapies.
