Abstract
Angioendotheliosarcoma of the face or scalp is regarded as a highly malignant tumor. We present a case with onset as a purple macule on the nose, suspected to be rosacea, and emphasize the use of early skin biopsy when a red or purple discoloration is seen in the face of elderly people.
摘要
面部或头皮血管内皮肉瘤被视为一种高度恶性的肿瘤。我们报告一例以鼻部紫色斑疹起病、疑似酒渣鼻的病例，并强调当老年人面部出现红色或紫色变色时应尽早进行皮肤活检。
