Abstract
Cytokinin-like substances were produced in higher amounts by soil isolates than by those isolated from the rhizosphere and mycorrhizosphere. However more bacterial strains isolated from the rhizosphere and mycorrhizosphere were capable of synthesizing cytokinin-like compounds. A distinct effect of pH on the production of these substances was found. It is suggested that zeatin and zeatin riboside are likely to be among the cytokinin-like substances detected.

土壤分离物产生的类细胞分裂素物质比从根际和菌根际分离的物质产量更高。然而，从根际和菌根际分离出的更多细菌菌株能够合成类细胞分裂素化合物。发现pH对这些物质的产生有显著影响。据推测，检测到的类细胞分裂素物质中可能含有玉米素和玉米素核苷。
