Abstract
Recent research on the amine neurotransmitter hypotheses of depression has moved toward comparative analysis of presynaptic neurotransmitter release and postsynaptic receptor function. Although no single pathognomonic defect has been identified in major depression, alterations in these systems have been identified in subgroups of depressed patients. Therapeutic effects of antidepressant drugs may be linked to adaptive changes in brain neurotransmitter release and receptor function.
摘要
近期关于抑郁症胺类神经递质假说的研究已转向对突触前神经递质释放和突触后受体功能的比较分析。尽管在重度抑郁症中尚未发现单一的特征性缺陷，但在抑郁症患者亚组中已发现这些系统存在改变。抗抑郁药物的治疗效果可能与大脑神经递质释放和受体功能的适应性变化有关。
