The reversibility of left ventricular hypertrophy was evaluated on the basis of ECG recorded in 33 patients before and after surgical treatment of renovascular hypertension. One year after operation the ECG showed normalization in 45% of hypertensives with signs of left ventricular hypertrophy, improvement in 30% and no changes in 25%.
基于对33例肾血管性高血压患者手术治疗前后记录的心电图，评估左心室肥厚的可逆性。术后一年，心电图显示45%有左心室肥厚体征的高血压患者恢复正常，30%有所改善，25%无变化。
