A venous clot model in rats was used to compare the ability of locally infused thrombolytic agents to lyse clots. Urokinase and a combination of streptokinase and human plasminogen (Thrombolysin) proved to be equally effective in lysing clots. In comparison, streptokinase alone was not as effective a thrombolytic agent in this model.
采用大鼠静脉血栓模型比较局部注入溶栓剂溶解血栓的能力。结果表明，尿激酶以及链激酶与人纤溶酶原的组合（溶栓酶）在溶解血栓方面同样有效。相比之下，在该模型中单独使用链激酶作为溶栓剂效果不佳。
