Abstract

A dose-dependent increase in the mass of flank organ hair was produced in 11-week-old female hamsters by subcutaneously injected testosterone propionate. The mass of androgen-stimulated flank organ hair was decreased bilaterally in a dose-dependent manner by cyproterone acetate applied topically to one flank organ of each hamster.
