On the basis of clinical and roentgenologic examinations of 67 patients under 20 years of age, a symptom-complex of lumbago is described. The clinical manifestations and the course of the disease as well as impairments of the spine both under static and dynamic conditions are presented. Recommendations on the treatment and prophylaxis of lumbago are offered.
基于对67名20岁以下患者的临床和X线检查，描述了腰痛的一组症状。介绍了临床表现、疾病病程以及脊柱在静态和动态条件下的损伤情况。并给出了腰痛治疗和预防的建议。
