Abstract
Two cases of retrosternal multinodular goiter are described in which 99mTc-MDP concentrated. The possible etiology of this unexpected finding is briefly discussed in addition to the differentiation from other mediastinal tumors which may potentially accumulate 99mTc-MDP.
