A case of a lingual thyreoid without any orthotop thyreoideal tissue is presented. Dystopia of thyreoideal tissue is due to disturbances in the embryological development of the thyreoid gland. The clinical picture, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, therapy and prognosis are discussed in regard of cases of literature.
本文报告一例无正常甲状腺组织的舌甲状腺病例。甲状腺组织异位是由于甲状腺胚胎发育异常所致。结合文献病例讨论了其临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后。
