On the strength of the theoretical research of a biophysical model of the lung structure and the following experimental checking of the results obtained a method of calculation of the regional relative blood volume in the lungs by the data of electroplethysmographic examination of the lungs and measurement of specific electrical conductivity of the blood is proposed. Calculation formulae for the determination of the regional relative blood volume in the lungs were derived their working ranges within the limits of application of the proposed calculation method in clinical and physiological examination of the lungs were established.
