Abstract
A cytopathic rotavirus was isolated from calves with symptoms of diarrhea and underwent 15 passages in bovine embryo kidney cell culture. The specificity of the isolate was confirmed by the neutralization test, immunofluorescence, electron microscopy. The CPE of the isolated in bovine embryo kidney cells was similar to that of the reference strain.

从出现腹泻症状的犊牛中分离出一株致细胞病变的轮状病毒，并在牛胚胎肾细胞培养物中传代15次。通过中和试验、免疫荧光和电子显微镜对分离株的特异性进行了确认。该分离株在牛胚胎肾细胞中的细胞病变效应与参考毒株相似。
