Recently, a combined modality of surgical procedures appears to be indicated in the treatment for the lung cancer. The present status and problems in the surgery for the lung cancer is reviewed in terms of (1) surgical procedures, (2) indication of surgery in consideration of histological types, (3) laser therapy, (4) indication of surgery for aged patients, and (5) adjuvant therapies for surgery.
最近，联合手术方式似乎适用于肺癌的治疗。本文从以下几个方面综述了肺癌手术的现状和问题：（1）手术方式；（2）根据组织学类型考虑手术适应症；（3）激光治疗；（4）老年患者的手术适应症；（5）手术的辅助治疗。
