A case of rupture of the gallbladder after blunt abdominal trauma is reported. The literature shows that this lesion is rare, and that it occurs mainly in the young. Diagnosis is difficult and tardy, especially when the lesion occurs as an isolated injury, and normally indicates choleperitoneum. Peritoneal lavage provides an early diagnostic aid, and CT scanning subsequently visualizes intraperitoneal fluid. The best procedure is cholecystectomy, and the prognosis is excellent in the case of isolated ruptures.
本文报告一例钝性腹部创伤后胆囊破裂的病例。文献表明，这种损伤很罕见，主要发生在年轻人中。诊断困难且延迟，尤其是当损伤作为孤立伤出现时，通常提示胆汁性腹膜炎。腹腔灌洗有助于早期诊断，随后CT扫描可显示腹腔内积液。最佳治疗方法是胆囊切除术，对于孤立性破裂病例，预后良好。
