Dynamic (serial) computed tomography was carried out in 16 patients with pancreatic tumours. In 11 patients, dynamic CT showed decreased enhancement of the tumour compared with normal pancreatic parenchyma, so that the hypodense tumour could be delineated from the surrounding parenchyma. The increased density gradient lead to visualisation of the tumour.
对16例胰腺肿瘤患者进行了动态（系列）计算机断层扫描。11例患者的动态CT显示肿瘤强化程度低于正常胰腺实质，从而可将低密度的肿瘤与周围实质区分开来。密度梯度增加使得肿瘤得以显影。
