[CT diagnosis of hepatic and pancreatic cancers].

Accuracy of Diagnosis of 50 cases of operated hepatocellular carcinoma on CT is 96% Angio-CT which was performed under angiography could reveal small liver cancer with diameter of 3 approximately 5 mm and it is important for differential diagnosis between hepatocellular carcinoma and metastatic liver cancer to analyse inner sturcture of liver tumor. Accuracy of Diagnosis of 50 cases of pancreatic cancer on CT is 94%, and bolus injection method is very useful for diagnosis of small pancreatic cancer.
