Two cases, one in an adult and one in a child, of ultrasonically demonstrated cystic masses were shown to be pyelogenic cysts on contrast urography. Because of the similar appearance of pyelogenic and simple cysts of the kidney on sonography, contrast urography is important for the differential diagnosis.
两例经超声显示为囊性肿块的病例，一例为成人，一例为儿童，经静脉肾盂造影证实为肾盂源性囊肿。由于肾盂源性囊肿和肾单纯性囊肿在超声检查中外观相似，因此静脉肾盂造影对鉴别诊断很重要。
